Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Online and In Store

Full Priced ONLINE Items Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase/ purchases! But if the item is not the right size or fit or if you have changed your mind please let us know within 14 days of your purchase. Place will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the return of full-priced merchandise with the following details: All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all original tags attached.

Full Priced Items Purchased IN STORE Return Policy

As a small independent business, we strive to give you our full attention and service in store. We want to ensure you leave fully happy with your choices and love your purchase/ purchases! But if you have changed your mind about your In Store purchase, please let us know within 7 days. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or issue you a gift card for the full amount. All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition with all original tags attached.

Due to hygiene reasons

Lingerie and undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.

Socks and tights cannot be returned or exchanged.

Beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check and will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Place may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated above.

Your return request must be received within 14 business days from the date you received your shipment.

Return of Sale Items

Sale items are ONLY eligible for exchange or a credit voucher . THEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. A sale item is any marked-down item. Items purchased using a promo code are eligible for exchange or credit voucher only. Items marked FINAL Sale are not eligible for return, credit or exchange.

To process a return, please follow the following steps:

1. Email or call us at info@place.ie, including your name and order number.

2. Our return mailing address is on the bottom of the form.

3. Send the item back via any mailing service you prefer. Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund or credit for the items as you specify.

Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund or web credit has been processed.

Exchanges

Place will issue an exchange for any merchandise other than Final Sale items, upon stock availability.
